Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Consumer Health Data as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Law (SB 370), and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act. It applies to residents of those states and is offered to all users.

Categories of consumer health data we collect
- information about your physical health, including height, weight and body mass index
- medical history and current medical conditions you disclose
- current medications, supplements and allergies
- information about health care services you have sought or received, including consultations arranged through our platform
- information about medications prescribed to or dispensed for you, including medication name and dosage
- information that identifies you as a person seeking health care services
Sources of consumer health data
- directly from you, through our medical intake form and your communications with us
- from the licensed providers contracted through Locumtele who evaluate and treat you
- from Rush Pharmacy, in relation to medication dispensed to you
Purposes for collecting and using consumer health data
- to arrange a consultation with a licensed provider in your state
- to enable a provider to evaluate whether treatment is clinically appropriate
- to facilitate the prescribing and dispensing of medication
- to provide customer support relating to your treatment and orders
- to comply with legal, regulatory and medical record retention obligations
We do not use consumer health data for advertising or marketing targeting.
Categories of third parties with whom we share consumer health data
- independent licensed healthcare providers contracted through Locumtele
- Rush Pharmacy, for dispensing prescribed medication
- Remedora, our telehealth platform and record keeping provider
- service providers acting on our behalf under written contract
- legal or regulatory authorities where required by law
We do not sell consumer health data.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- confirm whether we are collecting, sharing or selling your consumer health data
- access your consumer health data, including a list of all third parties with whom we have shared or sold it, and contact information for each
- withdraw consent to the collection and sharing of your consumer health data
- delete your consumer health data
Where data must be retained to comply with medical records law or other legal obligations, we will tell you and explain why.

We will verify your identity before acting on your request and will respond within 45 days, which may be extended once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary. We will tell you if we need more time.
Appeals
If we decline your request you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Appeal." We will respond to an appeal within 45 days.
