Do I need a prescription?
Yes. These are prescription medications. A licensed US provider must review your information and decide whether treatment is appropriate before anything can be dispensed.
How is eligibility determined?
A licensed provider reviews your health history, current medications, height and weight, and your goals. Eligibility is a clinical decision made by that provider, not by Basis.
What happens if I'm not prescribed?
You aren't charged. If a provider decides this treatment isn't appropriate for you, there's nothing to refund because no payment is taken.
How much does treatment cost?
Tirzepatide plans start from $219/month and semaglutide plans start from $159/month. Full plan pricing is shown on each treatment page. Your price does not increase as your dose changes.

No. Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients when prescribed by a licensed provider.
